You can have no shadows
Whatever is hidden, ignored, or even held with disdain is like a grain of sand in your shoe. You know how it is: First, you notice it, then try to ignore it, maybe you move your foot around trying to dislodge the sand, eventually you must take the time to remove the shoe and sock, to locate the sand and remove it altogether. Our work together is removing the sock and shoe, finding and really examining the sand. Asking deep, provocative questions that allow you to discover more of who you actually are- not just the story you show to others, but the you that has long been pushed aside and told to stay quiet!
Let me be clear, we all have shadows; parts of ourselves we don’t understand or like so much. I don’t like my impatience, the shadowy part of myself that pushes things forward more quickly than those around me are ready. Client Services And Fees
25 Minute Introduction Meeting
Because choosing the correct Consultant is imperative for your work to succeed, you may schedule yourself in Calendly for a 25-minute appointment without incurring a fee. During this time, we will both assess our goodness of fit for the work you intend to do with the aspiration that afterwards we will know if we should formalize our Consultation with scheduling your Deep Dive appointment.
90 Minute Initial Appointment
During your second meeting we will take a deep dive into the answers you provide in the Complete Executive Consulting Assessment. The assessment is designed to elucidate many areas of your life, including but not solely, your career. When you schedule this appointment, you will be emailed an assessment for completion before our meeting. Ensure you have ample time for adequately reflecting on the questions before this second meeting – it will guide a great deal of our work. When you book this appointment, you will be charged $1864 for the assessment, results, and the 90-minute session. Should you decide to cancel your appointment, $932 for the assessment materials will be non-refundable.
45 Minute Consulting Appointment
Regular appointments last 45-minutes. It is here where we monitor your progress from our last meeting, check-in with any set goals, and decide how to move you forward. This is where the work of identifying and removing obstacles and blind spots happens. People often find it helpful to schedule these appointments in a regular manner, every week in the beginning and then every other week after a good pace has been established. You will be sent an email reminder after each appointment to schedule your next on Calendly. Conversely, you may set multiple appointments ahead if it is more convenient for your schedule.
How This Works
When you are ready to begin this process, book your first call. After this short introduction, you'll receive some Take your time in completing the questions, as some of them are meant to encourage reflection. You may schedule your initial appointment with Gwin (Link to calendar) for 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments will last 45 minutes. Please return your completed forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled. Once your forms and payment have been received you will be sent the link for your meeting.
